The Federal and Provincial governments recently announced more support for Ontario’s food and beverage processing sector. U of G Hops Library
The University of Guelph has began a new project cataloging Canadian hops into a genetic library. By gathering, saving and cloning these all-important beer ingredients, they hope to help brewers access rare hop varieties and reduce their reliance on imported hops. Read more about it here.
